Quentin Jones

Quentin Jones

Executive Director

Quentin is originally from Macon, GA and spent several years working in New York before returning to Macon to open Alexander IV Senior Living. He graduated from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and later earned MBA from Georgia College & State University. Quentin began his career in senior living in 2008 in Sales & Marketing. Since then, Quentin has worked in senior living in various capacities from community level operations to regional management.

Passionate about his work in senior living, he strives to ensure top quality care, is compassionate, and brings a sense of humor to his role as Executive Director. In his spare time Quentin enjoys sports, snowmobiling, comedy shows, riding motorcycles and spending time with his two dogs.

Connie Wills

Connie Wills

Director of Sales and Marketing

Connie was born and raised in Hawaii on the beautiful Island of Oahu. She moved to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho in August of 2011 where she resided with her husband James for 10 years before relocating to Lizella, Georgia in June of 2021. She has three grown children and five grandchildren that reside in California and Idaho.

Connie has a very diverse background in banking, hospitality industry, fast food, restaurant management, wedding coordinator, funeral arranging and directing and then going into the Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing field for over 10 years. She was part of a group called N.O.S.D.A. (No One Shall Die Alone) where she would go and visit people that were coming to the end of their lives and had no family members around. This experience was such a blessing as she got to know them before they passed away and knew they weren’t alone.

Connie enjoys volunteering at her synagogue Beth Yeshua International in many different capacities. She loves to cook, bake, have BBQ’s, sing and dance, play board and card games with her husband and friends. She enjoys being with people and caring for them as well.

Antoiane Harrington

Antoiane Harrington, LPN

Resident Care Director

Antoiane was born in Miami, Florida and resided there until 2013 when she relocated to the Central Georgia area. She graduated from Mercy School of Nursing where she obtained her nursing degree and became an LPN. Since becoming an LPN she’s been in the field for 29 years. She enjoys getting to know those in the community as well as their families and helping enrich their lives. On her free time, she enjoys spending time in her gardens and cooking for her family.

Paisley Durant

Paisley DuRant-Taylor

Activities Director

Paisley was born and raised in South Carolina, currently resides in Georgia, and has worked in the health care industry for over 10 years. She enjoys bringing light into others’ lives and simply lending a helping hand. Paisley strives to create activities to bring abundance to daily living that create lasting memories. In her spare time, she enjoys vacation adventures, spending time with family & friends, trying new things and meeting new people.

Jennifer Flowers

Jennifer Flowers

Business Office Director

Jennifer is from Eastman, GA. She started her career in the healthcare industry in 2011 as a front desk receptionist and worked her way to practice manager. In 2022, she began a new journey in senior living as the Business Office Director for Alexander IV Senior Living. When she is not working, she enjoys watching a good movie, shopping, and spending time with her children.

Culinary Services Director

Junette is the Culinary Services Director at Alexander IV Senior Living. Junette has many years of food service experience with a passion for serving healthy and nutritious meals to her residents daily. Junette enjoys shopping and spending quality time with her family.

Marshall McCauley

Marshall McCauley

Regional Vice President

Marshall grew up near Detroit, Michigan before relocating to East Tennessee in 2001 to attend Maryville College where he earned a B.A. in Psychology in 2005. He then attended Pacific University in Stockton, CA where he earned a Master’s degree in Psychology in 2010. It was during his time studying at Pacific that he furthered his interest in gerontology and published his Master’s Thesis titled Perspectives on Successful Aging, research that examined attitudes and behaviors of seniors living well into late life. Marshall later graduated from the University of Tennessee, earning a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2014. He was named Social Worker of the Year in 2015 by the East Tennessee Society of Healthcare Social Workers.

He obtained his Tennessee Assisted Living Administrator license in 2015 and served as an Assisted Living Executive Director from 2016 to 2023, demonstrating success in achieving and exceeding annual budget and census goals (including reaching 100% occupancy), developing positive workplace milieu, and forging teams to deliver consistently excellent resident/family care and service. Marshall joined Dover Signature Properties in 2023 as the Regional Vice President of Operations and oversees South High Senior Living in Knoxville, TN and Alexander IV Senior Living in Macon, GA.

Marshall is an avid sports fan who enjoys gardening, playing guitar, cooking, home renovation projects, trivia, and reading/audiobooks. When not too busy, his dog Waylon likes to take him on walks around their neighborhood.
