  Alexander IV Senior Living is a wonderful place! It is beautifully decorated and has a home-y feel. When I visit my grandmother, I am always greeted by the staff and feel welcomed like a lifelong friend. Quentin, Antoine, and the entire staff are truly caring, friendly, and hospitable.  I often notice the staff warmly speaking with their residents and have always felt our loved one is well cared for. Highly recommend!

  Alexander 4 Senior Living is truly a gem. From the moment we stepped into the building, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately felt like home. The architecture and layout of the building are beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy, comfortable spaces. The attention to detail in everything from the well-maintained grounds to the spacious and thoughtfully designed common areas speaks volumes about the care and effort that goes into making this an amazing place for seniors. One of the most remarkable aspects of our visit was the staff. The team at Alexander 4 is nothing short of exceptional. Every interaction we had was filled with kindness, patience, and professionalism. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about the residents and work tirelessly to ensure they are comfortable, safe, and happy. The environment they’ve cultivated is one of community, compassion, and respect, which makes this place stand out from other senior living facilities we’ve toured. A special mention must be made of Victoria, the Director of Sales and Marketing. She did an outstanding job touring us through the establishment. Her enthusiasm and passion for Alexander 4 were evident from the start. She was extremely knowledgeable, providing detailed information on all aspects of the facility, from the various floor plans to the range of activities and services available. Victoria was attentive to our questions and made us feel like we were part of the family even before stepping foot in the building. Her dedication to ensuring a seamless and informative tour left a lasting impression, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her time and expertise. In conclusion, if you are looking for a senior living facility that offers top-tier care, a wonderful sense of community, and a beautiful living environment, Alexander 4 is second to none. The staff, led by professionals like Victoria, go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for both residents and visitors alike.   This school has an exquisite overhaul, now transformed into a plush facility for Assisted Living.  The staff members are all professional, kind, & caring.  We couldn't have found a better place for our Senior parent!  God bless you!

  I recently drove past the facility and realized it was an Assisted Living Community. I immediately found interest in the community considering I am looking for somewhere for my grandmother. I called and spoke with the administrator Quentin Jones, he was kind and patient answering any questions I had regarding the whole process. He encouraged me to come in for a tour so I came the same day , I was shown around the community and discussed my options for my grandmother. I was extremely expressed in the community and how kind the staff was including the entire management team down to the care staff. The building was exceptionally clean and the Ora of the building gave me a warm feeling. Whoever was apart of the renovation team did a great job I was impressed and pleased to see this old school find new life. Thanks to Alexander IV Senior Living and their professionalism and helping my grandmother find a new home.

  Toured Alexander IV Senior Living and was blown away by the transformed school to a senior living community. Connie toured me and my family and I had the opportunity to meet the Executive Director Quentin Jones and he completed the assessment on the spot. This was a great experience and I appreciate the professionalism of Connie and Quentin in expediting this for my mom. Great Experience.

  I'm just blown away by this place! We moved my grandmother here after trying another facility. Everyone here has been more than accommodating and wants to be sure she feels at home. My grandmother is also a lot happier here and enjoys herself more. Don't let the fact that this is a newer place in town scare you away, their staff is amazing and their director has been in this position elsewhere and has the credentials to back it up. Also, as others have said, the food is amazing lol

Over the past few months my wife and I have had the opportunity to become very familiar with Alexander IV. Earlier this summer we needed to relocate our sister in law to a facility that could best handle her, needs. Both Quentin Jones and Connie Willis spent a great deal of time showing us the facility and explaining what this community could offer our love one. They had appropriate activities and encouraged participation with other residents which would offer her a better quality of life.

Quentin patiently answered all our questions and introduced us to the staff that would be caring for out love one. He took the time to help us understand that a memory care center was the best place to be at this stage of her life.

Even though she was only able to stay there a few months, Quentin assisted our family to make the right decision to transition her to Alexander IV.

The location of the facility and the staff were excellent. They constantly exhibited compassion and assistance to all the residents. The cleanliness was exceptional. We also enjoyed the fact that we could share meals with our sister in law, which also made her very happy.

We would not hesitate to recommend Alexander IV Senior Living to anyone who could use their services.

Over the last few weeks, I have thought about this many times. How could our family have found a more perfect place for our parents? You had me at “hello.” I knew immediately we were at the right place. One of the last things that George said before he died was how much he appreciated Alexander IV and it was the right place for Ruth and for him.

I am hesitant to name individuals as I would surely miss someone. Please know that the small things did not go unnoticed from a warm greeting upon arriving, bringing meals to George’s room, combing Ruth’s hair, providing transportation to doctor appointments, painting fingernails, preparing coffee, feeding ice chips, and so much more. The medical expertise and guidance were op notch, and I had every confidence in information and care provided. It is obvious that the staff love their residents and try to make their last days as comfortable and pleasant as possible. There were just so many big and small actions that exemplify the excellence of Alexander IV.

We will forever be in your debt for all that you and your staff did for us during a most agonizing and trying time. Without exception you and your staff provided guidance, support, compassion, and love for not only our parents but for all of our family members as well. I feel as though you are family.
